Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsibilities:
- - Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals
- - Support the creation of detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and help ensure adherence to deadlines
- - Coordinate with developers to manage task allocation and progress tracking
- - Conduct regular check-ins with team members to gather updates and identify potential issues
- - Assist in coordinating and securing necessary resources for project execution
- - Help identify potential risks and contribute to developing mitigation strategies
- - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- - Support in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standards
Requirement
- - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- - Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems
- - Basic understanding of project management principles, tools, or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus
- - Proficient in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Jira)
- - Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to work effectively under supervision
- - Willing to work in a Hybrid setting (Monday–Thursday WFO in Bandung, Friday WFH)
